Estimator (£50-60k + Pension and other benefits)
A great opportunity has arisen for a Estimator in construction to be office based in Derby
You will have the opportunity of working for one of the UK's largest Commercial, Industrial, Education, Leisure, Mixed use and Refurbishment companies. You will be reporting to the Chief Estimator and working closely with the department planners and contract managers.
You will be working from CAD drawings doing take offs of quantities for the estimating package.
You will be estimating the package as a whole from material quantities to trades and labour, making sure the project is valued down to the finer details and profitable for the company.
You must have worked or be working for a similar company on projects of up to £15m, being able to do your own take offs and pricing projects.
You will have a good eye for detail and must be able to work with the planners to discuss any issues that may arise.
You must have full and clean UK driving licence.
