You will oversee hard FM services for accommodation in the Gloucestershire area, monitoring compliance and general management.
You will ensure safe accommodation is maintained based on the University SLA - experience of this is an essential criteria for this role.
You will ensure compliance with policy and procedure in line with current legislation and regulations.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Asset register and survey property for maintenance purposes
- PPM planning and carrying out of works
- Cyclical program based on lifetime
- Reactive maintenance co-ordination
This will be a great opportunity for you to advance your career and develop the current working program based on your skills and experience.
You will have a minimum of 3 years at least at a supervisor level, a trade qualification (e.g. plumbing or electrical) and ONC in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
You will have a broad electrical/mechanical engineering experience and awareness of health and safety and safe methodology in work.
You will be required to undertake a DBS check once appointed to this role .
You will ideally have manual handling training, customer service qualifications and first aid - not essential.
