Electrician (Derbyshire) Social Housing £26,500 permanent
You will be working for a large social housing organisation giving you a great opportunity to enhance your career and CV
You will undertake electrical installation, repairs and maintenance work to provide high quality, `right first time`,
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to perform electrician duties, including periodic testing and certification, in the provision of excellent repairs and maintenance services.
You will ensure the provision of excellent customer services to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction through achieving all KPIs
You will give and receive feedback on work performance with manager
You will independently undertake electrician duties to current standards (including testing and certification, electrical repairs)
You must comply with all other statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance
You will follow the organisations Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure, as far as is practicable, your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
You will be a fully qualified Electrician and you must have the following to be considered for this role
- C&G 2382 - IET Wiring Regulations 17th Edition (BS 7671:2008 incorporating amendment number 3:2015)
- C&G 2391 - Testing and Certification (or equivalent)
You must have experience of dealing with social housing
You will ideally have asbestos awareness and you must have a valid CSCS card
