My client is a private care organisation that provides residential care to adults who have learning disabilities, autism and other care needs. The company is growing and the role offers potential to progress to Registered Manager.
They are seeking to recruit a deputy manager who is innovative, dynamic and highly motivated, who has an excellent understanding and experience in the adult care sector. The successful candidate will deputise for the registered manager when required.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have previous deputy managerial experience
Must have an excellent understanding and experience of working with adults with learning disability and autism
Experience of supporting on CQC inspections in a residential care environment
Leadership qualities, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to follow it
Excellent knowledge of the regulations in relation to care homes including CQC standards and have the skills to ensure that these are met and maintained
Due to the location of the company you must be a driver with your own car
