We are curently recruiting for Data Entry Clerk for our client based in Rowley Regis. Must have atleast 1 year admin experience must have the following skills :
- Administrative skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages
- Proficient typing skills
- Good customer service skills and polite telephone manner
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You will be required to enter data from paper files to computer
- Answer telephone / pass the call to the relevant team member
- Create spreadsheet with large numbers or figures without mistakes
- Update data on the computer files
