Job Description

Our Client provides and maintains 1350 homes for 3000 people in the Nottinghamshire area. Specialized housing services for older people, refugees, young mothers and homeless young people. Currently looking for a customer support administrator to strengthen the Team.

As a Customer Support Administrator in the Housing Association sector you are the first point of contact dealing with customers in a timely and positive manner in order to aid the business in running efficiently, alongside providing administrative support in relation to housing and repairs in Nottingham.

As an administrator you will meet and greet customers, contractors and suppliers based in the Nottingham office.
Answering internal and external telephone calls.
Managing the Admin mailbox resolving or referring inquiries within service standards.
Ensuring the Reception area is clean, tidy and presentable at all times and notifying line manager of any potential health and safety concerns as they arise.
Carrying out day to day administration duties and working well as a Team member.

You will have Customer support Administrator experience along with managing an email inbox and dealing with inquiries. Confident answering the telephone to internal and external colleagues and clients.
Housing association experience preferred but not essential.
English language GCSE at level C
or above or equivalent.
