Barker Ross is recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to work on a temporary basis in Kent.
Pay rate per hour: £11.86 phr
Hours of work: 1) 8:30-16:45
One week of each.
Start date: 21/01/2019
End date: 31/03/2019
Customer Support Administrator Job Description:
The successful candidate will effectively action and manage administrative processes and handle customer contacts related to a variety of tasks.
Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with various teams internally and many agencies externally, providing constructive feedback and achieving positive outcomes.
The ability to work in a busy, pressurised environment whilst effectively managing time to complete a varied workload, ensuring information is sensitively handled in accordance with our code of conduct and the Data Protection Act.
Excellent customer service skills will be essential in dealing with customer contacts both verbally and in writing, ensuring responses are provided within timescale.
To work consistently, ensuring compliance with the organisation's Equality and Diversity Policy, Health & Safety Policy and any relevant legislation. Demonstrate a commitment to environmentally friendly practices in line with the organisation's Environmental Sustainability Strategy and relevant legislation.
Experience and pre-qualification criteria
- Have knowledge and understanding of working in a administrative setting
- Be a team player and be able to work in a flexible team
- Be customer focused and have exceptional customer service skills
- Prioritising skills
- Have good communications skills, both writing and verbal
- Have keyboard skills and be computer literate
- Have good negotiation skills and problem solving
- Experience with dealing with public on the telephone
