Barker Ross are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the Oswestry area on a 2 Month contract based on 19.5 hours per week at a rate of £10.92ph to work for a local authority in a face to face environment with the public providing excellent customer service to the residents of Shropshire.
Roles & Responsibilities
Other responsibilities of the successful candidate in this position will include (but not limit to);
- Handling Enquiries about Services
- Helping Customers Apply for Services and Report Issues
- Handling Paperwork and Verification
- Dealing with Homelessness and Customers in Crisis Situations
Successful candidates must hold the following essential traits for the position;
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Drive Own Vehicle
- Excellent Communication Skills
