Customer Service Clerk

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning Contract Logistics and Freight Management solutions provider. This role is offered on a 13 week temp to perm basis working Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30.

The successful candidate will be working in the Transport Office ran by a hardworking, capable and thorough team. The job role requires good attention to detail and strong IT Skills.

Our ideal candidate

Previous experience in a transport / warehouse operations environment
IT literate with proficiency in MS Office including daily use of Excel
Organised and methodical
Ability to multi task

Duties include

Booking customer deliveries to residential properties
Conducting customer surveys post delivery
Occasional booking of retailer returns
Driver de-briefs (accidents, return, runsheets, mileage, fuel etc.)
Basic payroll / financing / invoicing
