Barker Ross are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Assistants to work for a well established family run cable management business based in Park Royal, London.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexible hours starting between 08:00 - 09:30 and finishing between 16:00 - 17:30.
Our client are looking for a customer service assistant to join their ever expanding team, the role will involve various administrative duties across several departments with room for growth internally as the company itself is set for rapid expansion.
There are X13 people in the office, so fairly small so the ideal candidate must be able to work well with others and have good people skills.
The ideal candidate does not need previous experience in admin or in the cable managment industry as full training will be given.
Main job duties will be admin, taking inbound calls from exisiting clients and new potential business prospects where you will be expected to recieve and try to upsell cables and electrical goods. Working with Wholesalers so all sales are very soft and there would not be much if any cold calling.
We are looking for one candidate to start in August / September.
