Our client based in Wigan is currently seeking several Customer Service Advisors to join their team as soon as possible. The role will be temporary for 3-4 weeks minimum to assist with a busy period however; this is likely to be extended longer.
The hours of work will be 40 per week and the contact centre is open between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4.30pm on Saturdays and so candidates must be flexible within these times.
The pay rate for this position will be £8.21 per hour.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Calling existing customers and book delivery dates to suit the customer
- Updating in house systems with customer information and deliveries booked
- Answering inbound calls and general day to day administration tasks
We are looking for people who have previous customer experience, ideally within a phone based role, IT/PC literacy, quick learner, customer service minded, uses initiative and providing a good service to the customers.
