Customer Service Advisor - Lincoln

Job Description

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small, dedicated team on a full time permanent basis in their Lincoln office.

The office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break for lunch.

The annual salary for this position will be circa £20,000

Duties of the role will include handling incoming customer phone calls and emails, as well as other associated administrative tasks. This is a customer service role with the emphasis on providing a quality and full solution to customers.

Key skills of the required individual will include:-

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Logical and methodical in thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to deal with a variety of customers
