Main duties to include:
Assist the Customer Service Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the Customer Service Department
Monitor consignments from a client base of new and existing accounts in providing service information as requested
Arrange internal collections on behalf of customers in a timely manner
Process customer and network claims in accordance with the internal claims procedure policy
Send customer quotes and enquiries in a timely manner
Forward proof of deliveries onto customers as and when requested
Escalate to your Manager any queries you are unable to respond
Good telephone manner
Good level of IT skills
