Our client is one of the leading repair centres in Europe, where high end customer products are repaired for one of the biggest high street retailers in the country and they are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time basis starting as soon as possible.
The hours of work will be flexible across proposed shifts of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday to be agreed with the successful candidate.
This will be a temporary on going position with the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate depending upon performance.
The purpose of the role will be to deliver an outstanding level of customer service and to complete the effective administration of customer orders, selling and after-sale communications, sales transactions and merchandising of products.
Additional duties will include:-
- Attending to customer communications via telephone and email
- Administration of all used systems, processes and procedures
- Effective use of operating systems to administer sales and refund transactions
- Stock and sales reconciliation and maintenance of an accurate stock file
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both colleagues and customers
Own transport is essential due to the location of this remote site.
