Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading 3PL business in Wrexham. This role is offered initially on a 13 week temp to perm basis. Working hours are 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Duties include

Responding to emails quickly and precisely regarding delivery queries
Answering incoming calls from customers regards deliveries
Data entry, updating spreadsheets
Work towards KPI's and assure adherence to deadlines

Key Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience within a similar environment (Transport/Logistics/3PL)
PC literate with knowledge of MS Office
An ability to work effectively in a team
Able to function in a pressured, time critical environment
