Customer Service administrator

Job Description

Barker Ross is actively seeking a part time customer service administrator for a busy transport office based in Birmingham, Tyseley.

This is an ongoing position and will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8am - 12pm. Somedays may be required to work full time hours - 8am - 4pm but very rarely.

All candidates must have good computer skills but more importantly a good telephone manner as a lot of the role is based aroudn customer service.

Must have good english, both written and verbal.

Interviews will be taking place this week - thursday / friday and will be looking to start the job as soon as next week.
