Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

Working for a Global Logistics Company based in Doncaster, the role is temporary to permanent.

The ideal candidate to be flexible, using own intiative, and able to work unsupervised.


Duties:
· Producing reports using Excel
· Admin queries
· General administration
· Customer services

Essential Skills:
· Excel reporting - must be proficient in Excel , basic formulas etc
· Answering calls and emails
· Experienced in using a variety of systems and able to pick up new systems quickly
· Data entry skills
· Previous experience in a very fast paced environment
· Able to multi task and flex as demands change
· Longevity in previous roles - HM will not interview candidates who have serially job hopped every 3 weeks - 3 or 6 months plus assignments on CV's plus ideally


Additional Skills:
· Any experience in a logistics related environment a plus
· Customer service background a plus

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Salary - £8.00 per hour
