- Investigate stock levels by using Excel to check stock adjustments and returns.
- Working knowledge WMS systems to check stock data.
- Carry out physical stock checks in the warehouse using a scissor lift
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to influence others when liaising with other departments to get the answers needed
- Good Excel skills - including ability to export, copy, paste and add filters
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential
- Ability to investigate the root cause of the warehouse issues
