Job Details:

We are recruiting for Compliance, Maintenance & Health & Safety Co-ordinator/Administrator for a new, exciting and varied role within the business due to expansion.

You must have experience and understanding of record keeping and internal procedures for compliance, maintenance, health & safety records and ideally you will have knowledge of Automotive Industry however not essential as training will be given.

You will work alongside the Body Shop Manager/Directors with Compliance, Maintenance, H&S as well as assist with annual Manufacturer Training records and will be responsible for:

  • Quarterly meeting with the H&S Consultant/Body Shop Manager/Director regarding Compliance, Maintenance, H&S.
  • Update on-line systems for our approved Manufacturers & Insurance Co's.
  • Manage record and implement all data to follow strict policies and procedures in line with our annual Manufacturer Audit and ISO 9001- 2008 requirements.
  • Attend annual manufacturer course as required.

You must be:

  • Proficient in Sage Accounts to work alongside the Office Manager and cover in her absence
  • Able to work on own initiative and have a natural ability to work well with customers/people at all levels
  • Assist front of house team when needed daily or holiday cover (team of 5 - Body Shop Manager, Office Manager, Estimator, CSA and Workshop Controller) in administrative duties
  • Operate our windows based body shop management system ('Autoflow')
  • All data must be treated in the strictest confidence

  • Proactive and work as a team player
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Exceptional administration and attention to detail critical
  • Highly organised and analytical interpreting and in- putting data accurately
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and deal with customers and clients at all levels in a customer service industry
  • Resolving queries which must be relayed professionally to the customer
  • Operate our windows based body shop management system ('Autoflow')
  • Proficient in Sage Accounting

You must hold a full driving licence.

Salary Package: £23K+ dependant on experience.

Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 - Mon - Thurs and 8.30 - 17:00 Friday.

21 days holiday plus statutory days.
