Barker Ross Health & Social Care are recruiting for Care Assistants to work within a Residential Home in the Flintshire area.
- Providing quality care and support to residents
- All aspects of personal care
- Moving and handling
- Work as part of a team
- Following policies and procedures and best practice guidelines
- NVQ Level 2 in Care
- Moving & Handling Certificate (dates within last 12 months)
- Previous experience of using hoists
- Good understanding of the needs of older people and dementia
- Good communication skills
We cannot guarantee hours of work but are looking for candidates who can be flexible and sometimes be available at short notice. Candidates that are on the DBS update service will be fast tracked through the registration process.
