Barker Ross are recruiting for a Call Handler in the Nailsea area based on an ongoing contract, 37.5 hours per week and rate of £10.09p/hr, to provide an outstanding customer service for inbound calls, ensuring all calls are directed to the correct departments.
Main Responsibilities of the position will include (but not limit to);
- First Point of Contact
- Answering All Inbound Calls
- Directing Calls to Correct Departments
- Ad-Hoc Office Administration
- Dealing with Basic Queries Directly
Successful Candidates for this position must;
- Excellent Customer Service
- Polite Telephone Manner
- Call Centre Experience Ideal
- Office Administration Experience
- Own Transport (Remote Office Location)
