Business Support Assistant - Gainsborough

Job Description

Our client based in Gainsborough is currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with a busy period of workload.

The role will be part time working 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday on a temporary on going contract starting as soon as possible and lasting until March 2019 with a possibility of extension.

The duties of the role will include:-

  • General reception duties
  • Sorting in and out going post
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Taking bookings and photocopying
  • Answering calls and message taking

The successful candidate should be available for immediate start, have general office experience, have an excellent telephone manner with reception experience, good IT skills and have the ability to multi task and be organised and methodical with their work.
