We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our busy team in Leicester.
You will be responsible for maintaining, growing and developing new business sales contribution in your region. The position requires strong prospecting skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling, allowing us to build long term business relationships. You will need to source candidates and build a pipeline as well as keeping in touch regularly with an existing database.
The role as a Business Manager for us involves the following key aspects:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, sales/target driven environment, 12 months+ ideally in a Team Leader/Management role
- Demonstrate strong client facing skills
- Professional approach as working and representing Professionals in the market place
- Able to build strong rapport quickly
- Demonstrate the ability to consult and understand your clients needs and match accordingly
- Identify revenue opportunities across your market
- Be a strong team player.
