Job Description

Surveyor(£23.50 paye or £29.63 Ltd)

Company

You will have the opportunity to work for one of the largest social housing organisations in London, giving a great opportunity to enhance your career and CV.

Job Role

You will be managing refurbishments and repairs contracts from start to finish.

You will be responsible for conducting structural, condition and measured surveys and party wall and other related services

You will be responsible for all health and safety requirements in accordance with the construction Design and management regulations.

You will be working a full time role of 36 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Person

You will be educated to degree level or have significant experience in the field.

You will have good interpersonal skills and it would be desirable that you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will have at least 10 years experience as a surveyor.

You will have a postive attitude and flexible approach to work.

You will have excellent communications skills and be able to convey all information to other by way of comprehensive drawings, written reports and technical specifications.
