Bid Manager South East permanent

Our client is a leading engineering and construction company that provide specialist building, civil engineering and rail expertise to a range of markets to provide a truly integrated service to clients.

They cover a wide range of industries, including commercial, industrial, education, rail infrastructure and depots, airports, waste and energy.

Our Client is looking to recruit a Bid Manager.

Salary Negotiable

Location: South East

Overall Purpose

Deliver work winning tenders. Manage both internal and external bid team members ensuring their responsibilities are met correctly and to the agreed timescales. Look for innovation to further develop work winning opportunities. Maintain personal training and development.

Key Accountabilities

· Meetings with key stakeholders / subcontractors to develop early relationships
· Ops Support / Contracts Manager
· Ensure all agreed actions are recorded, followed up and delivered on time
· Obtain performance data from sites for incorporation into tenders (from HSEQ/Bus Dev etc)
· Active promotion of main Contractor at external events
