On a day to bases you will be
Facilitating assessment activities and leading on statutory stage one journey of the statutory assessment process
To be accountable for allocated casework covering fostering, adoption and supported lodgings, private fostering within stage 1
Assessing the needs of prospective foster carers or prospective adopters to support the delivery of statutory assessments within stage 1.
To coordinate and oversee the pipeline of households where referrals are not progressing to assessment and actively supporting these households so they come back when ready to be assessed by the service
Undertaking administrative tasks, maintaining effective recording systems and responding to queries.
Maintain concise and accurate record either electronically or in manual written case files.
Assist in collecting and collating statistical information
To contribute to the recruitment of foster carers and adopters through attendance at open evenings and other targeted events
