Working in a team environment and giving empowerment to adults with learning difficulties.
Most common would be epilepsy and autism in the service and staff tend to work on a 2:1 ratio with a lead support worker working with a dedicated service user.
Shift patterns are normally 0800-2000 and 2000-0800 but these can vary when doing shifts so expect 0800-1400 or 1400-2000 also.
Your rota will be a rolling rota so will know exactly what your doing giving you peace of mind.
