Barker Ross are recruiting for an Administrator in the Westminster area on a minimum 3 Month contract based on 40 hours per week at a rate of £10.20ph, to assist with co-ordination of deliveries and issuing receipts/invoices where required.
Main Responsibilities of the position will include (but limit to);
- Co-Ordination of Deliveries with Drivers
- Update Internally any Driver Queries
- Produce Daily Reports
- Upgrade Undelivered orders to Next Day Delivery
- Data Entry - Excel Spreadsheet Based
- Producing Receipts on Payment
- Issuing Proforma Invoices
Successful Candidates must hold the below traits to be successful in the position;

- Ability to Communicate on All Levels
- Work well within in a Team
