Job Description

Duties:

Managing key accounts
Processing sales orders
Corresponding with customer via the telephone and e-mails
Liaising with the warehouse to ensure the orders are picked and despatched as per the customer's requests
Generating reports on a daily and weekly basis for the management team and clients
Handling all customer complaints and queries
Updating spreadsheets with all of the stock in the warehouse and keeping the clients updated all the time
Liaising with the warehouse regarding late deliveries and damaged stock

Skills:


Good IT skills: Word and Excel
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Previous administration experience
Attention to detail


This position offers an immediate start and for the right candidate can be temporary to permanent.
