Barker Ross are recruiting for Administrator in the Marchwood area (SO40) on a 3 Months contract based on 37 hours a week at a rate of £8.40 p/hr, to join a busy team in Marchwood, to provide admin support for the site and to liaise with the Marine & Plant, Transfer Station, Sales and Operations teams, Finance and Managers.
This role will include (but not be limited to) the below;
- Production & Distribution of Invoices & Credit Notes
- Manage Incoming drivers paperwork
- Production & Management of Excel Spreadsheets
- General Admin Duties
- Work closely as part of the team
And candidates who apply for the role must be able to cover all of the below requirements;
- Excellent Organisation & Communication
- Attention to Detail
- IT Literate with experience with Google Docs, Excel and Word (Training can be provided)
- Substantial previous admin experience
