The candidate in question will be the first point of contact for customers, so experience within a receptionist/ administrative role is needed.
Duties will involve the following:
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- typing emails and letters for Managing Director
- logging enguires onto the RFQ tracker
- checking and passing invoices on Purchese Order log
- managing databases
- managing clock cards
