Electrician - £26,000 to £27,000 per annum - Social housing perm
You will have a great opportunity to work for a large social housing organisation on a perm contract giving you a great opportunity to enhance your career and CV
You will be predominantly working on cyclical testing and inspection, you will be conducting condition reports for the properties and resulting remedial repairs on occupied housing. This role requires that you have testing and inspection certification and 17th edition for regulations. You will be working in a tenanted environment and therefore you will be required to undergo a DBS check for this job.
17th edition/2391 qualifications required - you will be experienced and capable of full range of work required by the client.
This role requires that you need your own tools including battery drills etc. - main plant equipment supplied and testing equipment supplied.
Van required initially - possibly a van will be provided..
You will be a fully experienced and qualified electrician with all relevant up to date qualifications including testing and inspection (2394/5) and 17th edition regulations. You will have excellent customer service skills and have worked in a social housing setting previously. You will have experience of conducting EICR investigations and remedial repairs experience
You will have 17th edition and testing and inspection certificate and vast experience in electrical installation work.
