You will support the Onsite Account Manager running some of the biggest accounts for the Group, your job will be to keep all accounts organised across the weekend and assist with finding candidates for the new opportunities received daily whilst ensuring KPI's are achieved.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Client and workforce enquiries
- The management and implementation of key client schedules and plans
- General administration and checking of workforce details
- The management and resolution of workforce issues including "no shows" or additional vacancy requests
- General administration and reporting as required
