Ultrasonic Testing Quality Inspector

Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit Ultrasonic Testing Quality Inspectors

The Ultrasonic Testing Quality Inspectors ensure the integrity of supplied steel product and maintain excellent manufacturing operations by achieving productivity targets. The NDT team's principle role is to ensure that supplied product conforms to customer Non-Destructive Test requirements in accordance with company quality standards. Duties include: Ultrasonic Testing in accordance with specifications and quality standards, Brinell hardness testing to verify heat treatment processes, Quality type testing: techniques include, spark testing, optical emission Spectography and X-Ray Fluroscopy, final quality control checks, and reacting to safety, quality, process and engineering issues as they arise.

The successful Ultrasonic Testing Quality Inspector will have a current Ultrasonic Testing certification, excellent attention to detail and diligence, allowing absolute adherence to strict inspection and quality procedures, effective team working skills, strong IT skills and Steel Finishing experience. NDT experience would be desirable as would hardness testing experience.
