Team Leader / Shift Supervisor

My client is one of the largest manufactures of RTE products and supplies to both retailers and foodservice operations across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit two Team Leaders to work within one of their sites based near Kettering

One shift is on Days and the other on nights, you will be required to work across the whole production process from raw materials to production and packing. You will directly report to the site Production Manager

On a day to day basis your duties will include:

Overseeing the production process and team to create a highly motivated team that is continuously improving
Delivering against pre set Key Performance Indicators
Ensuring that the Management Operating Systems are accurately maintained and managed
Controlling Budgets, Costs, Heath and Safety Systems.

Ideal candidates must have previous experience within a high risk manufacturing environment. This position would ideally suit someone with a track record of developing harmonious teams through strong people management.
