Our client have a service in Bayswater West London (which is near to Paddington). The service support clients with a history of rough sleeping and complex needs such as substance misuse and mental health issues. The service is a 24/7 staffed service.
Position Available: Service Manager - Rough Sleepers and Complex Needs (Bayswater), £30-40kpa 37.5 hours per week, 2-3 months contract
Service Manager required to oversee the service which consists of a day and night centre for clients with a history of rough sleeping and homelessness / complex needs. The service is a 24/7 staffed service
Clients will be rough sleepers that would of come off the street and require support to be moved in and out of the hostel into meaningful sustainable accommodation.
There is no age limit for the clients but there will be adults who will have array of support needs, including substance misuse, drug and alcohol issues and other needs.
We will require an experienced Service Manager to take responsibility for the service provision, including overseeing the service delivery and manage the front line staff team and Team Manager.
The Service Manager will work Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM but will be expected to be flexible and may be required to participate in the on call rota.
Candidates should be experienced managers with history of overseeing new services for clients with very complex needs. Our main criteria is someone can work in a strength based way and foster a psychologically informed environment, along with experience in staff management and willing to be flexible with working hours in order to supervise night and day staff.
