Service Manager - Homelessness/ Rough Sleepers, Complex Needs

Job Description

Our client is one of the largest providers of supported accommodation services various clients such as young people, clients with a history of homelessness, mental health or substance misuse issues. They aim to help vulnerable people find opportunities to change their lives and futures.

Position Available: Service Manager - Homelessness/ Rough Sleepers and Complex Needs (Hackney), £33,600k pa 37.5 hours per week, 12 month contract

Job Role:

Service Manager required to oversee new service providing supporting to 46 clients based within a Hackney Hotel (address to be confirmed).

Clients will be rough sleepers that would of come off the street and require support to be moved on and out of the hotel into meaningful sustainable accommodation .

There is no age limit for the clients but there will be adults who will have array of support needs, including substance misuse, drug and alcohol issues and other needs.

We will require an experienced Service Manager to take responsibility for the service provision, including overseeing the service delivery and manage the front line staff team and Team Manager.

The Service Manager will work Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM but will be expected to be flexible and may be required to participate in the on call rota.

Candidates should be experienced managers with history of overseeing new services for clients with very complex needs.

Interviews will take place on 28th July 2020 via Microsoft Teams.
