Our client based in Leeds is a well established retail business who is currently seeking an experienced Senior Rewards Advisor to join their team as soon as possible.
The role will last until April 2020 to cover a period of maternity leave. The pay rate will be £15 - £20 per hour with working hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
The role sits within the HR function where the bonus and rewards team oversee various pieces of work affecting well over 100,000 workers annual pay increments and bonus awards.
This role will involve project management of the payment bonus of 2020 paid in February and hourly pay award effective from 1st April 2020.
Duties of the role will include:-
- Initial embedding into the project
- Liaising with key stakeholders on the two projects to ensure information required is confirmed
- Chasing down confirmation and information required to confirm bonuses and rewards
- Keeping projects on track to key timelines
- Ensuring everything is in place to meet key payment dates for in scope colleagues
We are looking for someone with good Excel skills (must be able to undertake manipulation of large data sets, pivots, Vlookups, formulas etc.) who is numerate with strong project management skills, someone who is confident in liaising and chasing down key stakeholders to confirm details with some form of rewards experience in the past.
