This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a leading engineering solutions provider. The successful candidate will be field based and will account manage an important, multi-site client as well as some new business activity (approximate 80/20 split)
Circa £40,000 per annum plus achievable bonus of circa £20,000

Previous experience in a similar field-based role is essential
Knowledge of engineering principles is essential (ideally automotive)
Resilient and disciplined with the ability to work alone in a field sales role
PC Knowledge and IT proficiency
Organised and able to plan your own diary
Manage an important UK customer with multiple sites
Build and use market knowledge to identify potential clients
Convert leads to quotes and quotes to orders
Interpret customer requests when it comes to product enquiries
Use acquired technical knowledge to support existing customers
