Our client provides support to children with complex needs in North West Londo

Position Available: Residential Manager - Children and Families (Romford), £42-50kpa, 1 year fixed contract, 37.5 hrs

Registered Manager

We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our mother and baby assessment residential centre based in Romford. This will be for a Fixed-term contract of 1 year plus the option for renewal. The candidate must have experience in managing of children's home settings to Ofsted regulations. Preferable to have someone who has a background in a children's environment and ideally mother and baby residential centres.

Essential Criteria

NVQ Level 4 or 5- registered managers award OR EQUIVALENT

Experience managing a residential servie for children, families or mother and babies.

Experience of managing toi Ofsted regulations

Experience of working with clients with complex needs

Excellent communication, leadership and administrative skills

An Enhanced DBS check.
