Job Description

Our client is a highly successful pharmaceutical company in Leicestershire, due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a permanent Regulatory Co-Ordinator

The Regulatory Co-Ordinator position is a varied challenging role within the Regulatory Department that ensures the company meets all regulatory and QA guidance / legislation for the Food Law and EU GMP (medicinal products).
Responsibilities for the Regulatory Co-Ordinator role include: ensuring regulatory compliance of products, assisting with registration of products, attending events to keep updated with legislation and guidelines, contribute to audit preparations, assist with product testing, maintain efficient documentation, assist with export registration documentation, maintain database, review suppliers' material specifications and liase with suppliers accordingly, maintain raw materials approvals register, assist with packaging approval procedure, ensure labelling is compliant with regulatory legislation, and liase with customers re product queries.

The successful Regulatory Co-Ordinator will have high levels of accuracy and diligence, strong organisational skills, the ability to deliver effective written communication, and to communicate with confidence over the phone and in meetings. Proficiency in Maths and the ability to understand technical data and legislative documents is also important. Experience in Regulatory or QA within a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment would be desirable.
