Our client is large charity that supports people with a history of homelessness and other complex needs such as mental health issues , family breakdown, domestic violence etc

Recruitment Manager - South East London, 3 months contract, £18ph,37.5 hours per week

Role Purpose:

Responsible for all aspects of permanent, contract and bank/pool recruitment

We have a short term requirement for a Recruitment Manager with a particular focus on recruitment administration, process and projects. The role will be responsible for approving/advertising all vacancies, providing guidance to managers and moving forward projects e.g. review of selection practices. The role will initially be home based.

Ideally the client is looking for someone who has both agency and internal recruitment experience.

Three month interim role whilst permanent recruitment ongoing for a Resourcing Manager for pour clients HR Business Partnership Team. To develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures for the support and development of high performing teams. To be responsible for all resourcing activity of both permanent and temporary by managing internal and external relationships with resource providers. To monitor, evaluate and report on resourcing populations to inform and enable resource planning and manage temporary resource expenditure. To play an instrumental role in the transformation of services in line with the five-year strategy, including taking a lead role on any resourcing-related activity. Skiils Needed:

  • Experience of owning/developing the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast paced, client orientated environment.
  • Excellent technical recruitment knowledge, including the attraction and selection of permanent and temporary staff.
  • Experience of configuring applicant management systems.
  • Experience of producing simple and effective process documentation and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Client focussed.
  • Numerate.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.
