Job Description

Barker Ross Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team based in Nottingham. Over the past couple of years we have seen some record breaking growth within Barker Ross Recruitment and we are looking for like minded people to support that.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate attraction and interviewing
  • Liaising with clients regarding various issues and responsibilities
  • Dealing with queries and coming up with resolutions
  • Bring new ideas to the table
  • Ownership of existing key client relationships
  • Acting as a 'sector expert' to your clients and candidates

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients at all levels
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • No recruitment experience required, full training to be provided
