We are looking for recruiters with experience within health and social care recruitment to further strengthen and grow the desk. To be successful in this role you need:-
- At least 1 year of successful recruitment experience within the social care / nursing sector
- Experience working towards and surpassing recruitment and revenue targets
- A drive to progress and earn good commission Salary / Benefits
About the role:
You will be responsible for: Identifying and engaging with new and existing businesses.
Visiting these clients to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.
Attracting social care professionals that are matched to the clients requirements and ethos.
Advertising on job boards, social media and our website. Interviewing all candidates and obtaining necessary documentation
Filling client vacancies on a permanent and contract basis.
