Receptionist - Edinburgh

Job Description

Our client based in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible on a temporary cover contract on an on going basis.

Hours of work will be 7:15am-1:30pm Monday to Friday (30 hours per week) with a pay rate of £10.00 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

  • Front of house - being the first point of contact for all customers visiting site
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring calls through to the correct person
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery and equipment
  • Signing customers in and out of the building
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Assisting with mail as required

Candidates being considered for this role must have front of house/reception experience and be smart in appearance along with IT skills.
