A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Performance Manager to join a forward thinking and hugely successful, privately owned UK parcel carrier business at their Sutton Coldfield site.
In essence, the role of Quality Performance Manager is to provide essential support at Head Office (and through their network of Depots) to really get under the skin of the business and to evaluate what is working, what isn't, and to work collaboratively with key partners in the business to put into place corrective measures and procedures to aid the company's ongoing levels of efficiencies as they continue to grow and develop. It is certainly an opportunity to influence change and to work very closely on project related assignments so can offer variety and challenges to get stuck into.
This is a great role for someone who is looking to further develop their career in the logistics and distribution sector and has a background within compliance management and / or quality management. It is a chance to take real ownership and drive the compliance and quality agenda throughout the business, bringing together a comprehensive and cohesive message.
