Barker Ross are recruiting for a Payroll administrator on a permanent contract for our client based in Corby.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 17:00 pm and Fridays finish at 16:30pm
Purchase Ledger & Payroll Administrator
You will primarily be responsible for both the Purchase Ledger and Payroll
This role would suit someone who is methodical and highly organised, also able to work on their own as well as be a team player in a busy working environment
We use Sage 200, Sage Payroll 50, Breathe and Excel for running our accounts
We require experience of processing both weekly & monthly payroll, with a good knowledge of the current payroll & pension legislation for SME's
Job Description;
Weekly & Monthly Payroll and HR duties using Sage 50 Cloud and Breathe HR
Inhouse Payroll reports in Excel
Purchase Ledger from booking in of deliveries through to raising monthly payment runs on Sage 200
General office duties to assist with the running of the office
Cover for banking and sales ledger when needed
