A leading business services company in Leicester are seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team offering a salary of £24,000 to £28,000, depending on experience, and an excellent working environment.
As a Payroll Manager you will:
Ensure the smooth running of the Payroll Department functions, meeting current and future deadlines.
Prepare weekly payroll, invoices and periodic salaries for a range of companies which can number circa 3000 employees
Manage the monthly planning of all Payroll staff via individual personnel meetings.
Issue sales invoices and payslips.
Arrange payment of all wages and salaries by BACS.
Manage all HMRC, NIC, SSP, SMP, employee queries.
Make payment of PAYE and other statutory deductions.
We are looking for a Payroll Manager with:
Full working knowledge, and understanding, of all aspects of PAYE and wages systems.
A recognised Accounts / Finance qualification.
Strong IT skills including the use of Sage 50 and Accord Payroll Software.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
An organised and methodical approach to working.
An honest and discreet attitude when dealing with sensitive information.
The Payroll Manager will receive a company pension and free parking.
