Payroll Administrator
Monday to Friday - 9:00am till 5:00pm
£18,000 - £20,000

We are seeking for a qualified payroll administrator for my client based in Leicester centre.
The following duties for this position are as followed;
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements
- Issuing pay checks and managing direct deposits
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data
- Maintaining employee records
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department

- SAGE 50 Payroll (Is a must)
- Minimum of 2 years working within accounts administration
- Minimum of 2 years working with payroll
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work to deadlines
