Payroll administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator for our busy recruitment office in Nottingham.

The primary objective of the role will be to help update our database, conduct compliance checks, source candidates for various temporary roles with our clients in Nottinghamshire. The other key duties will include:

  • Speaking to our candidates to understand what type of work they are looking for
  • Updating internal systems
  • Entering candidate's timesheet into internal systems (up to 900 on a weekly basis)
  • Updating candidates daily/weekly hours
  • Processing manual payroll adjustments
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Learning and assisting with worker compliance (eligibility to work)
  • And many other varied duties

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08.00 - 17.00

Experience is not essential but the following attributes are very important:
